Pre-Operative Preparation
Sterilize, assemble, and organize surgical instrument trays, drapes, and equipment based on scheduled procedure
Safely transfer and position patients on the operating table in alignment with surgical requirements and safety standards.
Perform instrument, needle, and sponge counts in coordination with the scrub nurse
