Patient Care Services Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Patient Care Services Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of patient flow, billing, and customer service within our healthcare facility. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare operations, billing processes, and exceptional customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, capable of driving improvements and ensuring a positive patient experience.
TasksYour responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee and coordinate daily admissions and discharges for both Outpatient and Inpatient services.
- Manage daily billing for cash and insurance patients, ensuring timely revenue collection and reconciliation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance providers, seeking new partnerships and optimizing existing ones.
- Actively manage patient feedback channels (NPS, Google reviews, etc.) to identify areas for improvement and enhance service quality.
- Lead the resolution of patient concerns and escalate issues as needed to ensure prompt and effective solutions.
The successful candidate will possess:
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Deep understanding of patient operations, billing processes (cash and insurance), and revenue cycle management.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
