We are hiring PEB Design Engineer for one of our esteem clients.
Work Location = Mumbai
Education & Experience: B.E./B.Tech Civil with 4-6 years of
experience in the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) industry having exposure to
structural steel design and analysis.
Key relationships: Internal: Design Engineers, Detailing Team, Project Engineers, Estimation Team, Production Team.
Role purpose:
- To design and optimize Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structures ensuring safety,
functionality, economy and compliance with engineering standards.
- Key responsibilities Deliverables/outcomes Critical Competencies Required
Knowledge/Skill/Attitude
- Strong knowledge of PEB structural design using IS Codes.
- STAAD.Pro / ETABS knowledge.
- IS 800, IS 875, IS 1893 & NBC.
- Wind & seismic design.
- Fabrication & erection knowledge.
- General Tasks & Responsibilities * Design and analyse PEB structures.
- Prepare calculations and reports.
- Coordinate with detailing, estimation and project teams.
- Review specifications.
- Support pre-bid engineering.
Major Deliverables/Key Result Areas
- Optimized code-compliant designs.
- DBRs and calculation reports.
- Review GA/fabrication drawings.
- Technical support during execution.
