We are seeking a proactive and professional Field Sales Representative to join our team on a contract basis within the FMCG / Foods / Beverage industry. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to excel in sales and promotion within the vibrant market of West Bengal.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular outlet visits to promote products and build strong relationships with retailers.
  • Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets within assigned territories.
  • Implement promotional activities to drive product awareness and sales volume.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities and market trends.
  • Ensure product availability and optimal merchandising at all points of sale.
Qualifications:
  • H.Sc/+2/Intermediate qualification.
  • Maximum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven skills in Outlet Visit, Sales, and Promotion.
  • Strong understanding of sales and promotion techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively manage assigned responsibilities.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata, West Bengal.
