Required Skills & Qualifications
• Engineering, Production, Industrial engineering or equivalent degree preferred; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in corrugation/packaging manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in operating and managing high-speed corrugation plants.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and complex operations.
• Fluent in Telugu; candidates from Telangana or Andhra Pradesh will be given preference.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
