Responsible for plant Maintenance MTTR/MTBF, new machines & upgradation of technology.
Compliances – Involvement in Statutory, internal & various process audits. To ensure Safe working environment with all necessary Safety compliances
Customer, supplier, vendors visits.
Trainings, Skill matrix upgradation.
MIS Presentation for KRA & KPI review with adherence to yearly budgets.
Use of Operational excellence practices for line balancing and to improve delivery time, cost & Quality.
