Identification of Training Requirement & Arranging the same.
Preparation of Employee Attendance (on roll & off roll)
Handling of CSR activities.
Providing of employees ID cards.
Handling sand, Coordination with QA on training. (Like: Induction Training cGMP,

Create the ESIC And EPFO.
Preparing and maintaining the MIS reports and submitting the same to the
decision-making panel of the organisation for fine-tuning the Business Strategies
Monitoring & Maintaining the Company Canteen.
Maintaining Good Housekeeping in the Plant.
Proficient in maintaining large workforce, Contractor workforce.
Maintain all relevant registers, attendance, grievance registers etc.
Competent of organising Technical & EHS trainings as per the schedule calendar.
Having good knowledge on basic legal requirements.
Developing and implementing the performance appraisal system for the company
and coordinating it with other line managers.
As per the requirement, we procure all essential goods in time with prior approval
and follow-up
Assist in developing and implementing the HR policies and procedures to
promote a positive work culture and ensure compliance with relevant laws and
regulations. Discuss with individual employees for service delivery performance on regular
basis and take feedback from the employee for improvement.
Carry out engagement activities as per the plant requirement with strategic planning.
