Job Summary:
The Plant Maintenance Manager oversees the preventive, corrective, and predictive
maintenance of plant machinery and equipment used in genset and acoustic enclosure

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement a preventive and predictive maintenance schedule for plant
equipment.
Ensure timely breakdown maintenance to minimize production disruptions.
Optimize maintenance costs, spare parts inventory, and equipment lifecycle
management.
2. Equipment & Asset Management
Oversee the maintenance of fabrication machinery, welding units, DG sets,
compressors, CNC machines, and acoustic testing equipment.
Maintain an asset register for all plant machinery and utilities.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions for recurring equipment
failures.
3. Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead a team of maintenance engineers, technicians, and electricians.
Assign daily maintenance tasks and ensure efficient resource utilization.
Coordinate with production, quality, and safety teams to align maintenance
activities.
4. Compliance & Safety Management
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance.
Conduct risk assessments and audits for plant machinery and utilities.
Implement energy-saving initiatives and monitor environmental compliance.
5. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Track KPIs such as MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time To
Repair).
Prepare maintenance cost reports, downtime analysis, and efficiency improvement
plans.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (TPM, Kaizen, 5S, etc.) to enhance plant
reliability.
