Key Responsibilities
● Conduct comprehensive and meticulous reviews of pre-closing files to ensure all required documentation (including disclosures, title reports, appraisals, compliance forms, and final conditions) is accurately collected, complete, and properly executed.
● Verify that the file adheres to all internal policies, client guidelines, and relevant external regulatory requirements (e.g., US laws like RESPA, TILA, or specific state/client regulations).
●Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies, errors, missing information, and outstanding closing conditions by liaising with internal teams (Processing, Underwriting) and external partners (Title Companies, Attorneys, Clients).
● Ensure that all information within the Loan Management System (LMS) or relevant database is consistent and accurately reflects the hard/soft copy documentation.
● Prepare and organize the final closing instructions and package, ensuring a seamless handover to the funding team or external closing agent.
● Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication with all stakeholders regarding file status, outstanding requirements, and potential closing delays. Required
Skills and Qualifications
● Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Loan Processing, Loan Closing, Mortgage Operations and in Pre Closing.
● Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of the end-to-end loan lifecycle, closing procedures, and the specific documents required for financial transactions (US context preferred).
● Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and an uncompromising eye for detail are mandatory for ensuring accuracy in high-volume, sensitive documentation
● Work Schedule: Must be flexible and willing to work Night Shifts exclusively to align with US business operating hours.
● Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
