Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead New Product Development (NPD), as well as Testing & Validation, for Heil refuse truck bodies,
ensuring delivery of robust, production-ready designs from concept through to product launch.
• Manage end-to-end product development encompassing concept generation, production release, and
post-launch field support.
• Fulfill Annual Operating Plan (AOP) objectives related to cost, quality, delivery, and engineering resource
management.
• Ensure all designs comply with durability, safety, regulatory, and customer performance requirements.
• Mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering strong technical expertise and preparing future leaders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and program teams to support
product launches and drive ongoing improvement.
• Liaise closely with US-based engineering, product, and manufacturing teams to ensure effective day-to-day
execution, issue resolution, and alignment of priorities.
