- Owns day-to-day delivery for client accounts, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently achieved.
- Builds strong client relationships, holds regular check-ins, and addresses escalations within scope.
- Prepares performance dashboards, service reports, and recommendations for improvements.
- Partners with recruiters and delivery managers to ensure hiring pipelines meet client needs.
- Negotiates simple renewals and contract changes within delegated authority.
- Identifies opportunities to extend services and flags them to senior account managers.
- Maintains compliance with contracts, invoicing accuracy, and governance standards.
- Represents the client voice internally and champions service improvements.
