We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Workday Reporting Analyst to join our Global Workday support team at Randstad. In this role, you will support Workday reporting and analytics by developing reports, dashboards, and calculated fields, troubleshooting reporting issues, and working with HR stakeholders to understand and deliver reporting requirements.
The role requires strong hands-on experience with Workday Reporting and the ability to translate business requirements into practical reporting solutions. You will work closely with HR stakeholders, Workday Product Managers, Functional Analysts, and other teams to deliver accurate, reliable, and secure reporting solutions that meet business needs.
Your Typical Day IncludesManaging and delivering day-to-day Workday reporting requests within agreed timelines and SLAs.
Working with HR stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and clarify business needs.
Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Workday reports using Advanced, Matrix, Composite Reports, and Report Writer.
Developing and maintaining calculated fields to support reporting requirements.
Building and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, and other Workday reporting solutions.
Reviewing requirements and recommending the most appropriate standard Workday reporting solution.
Validating report outputs following Workday changes, releases, and production deployments.
Performing data validation and reconciliation to ensure reports are accurate, complete, and consistent.
Troubleshooting report issues, data discrepancies, and basic security-related issues and identifying root causes.
Working with Product Managers, Functional Analysts, and other teams to resolve reporting issues.
Maintaining report documentation, report inventories, technical specifications, and SOPs.
Supporting report security validation and ensuring appropriate handling of sensitive HR data.
Supporting Workday releases, testing, reporting enhancements, and post-production validation.
Providing guidance to HR users on Workday reporting capabilities and self-service reporting.
Identifying opportunities to improve reporting processes and reduce manual reporting activities.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
4–6+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Technology, People Analytics, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Workday reports.
Experience supporting HR systems within a global or complex organization.
Experience working directly with HR stakeholders and business users.
Experience supporting Workday reporting enhancements, testing, releases, and production support.
Workday Reporting Certification or Workday Pro Reporting Certification is preferred.
Additional Workday certifications are an advantage.
