Lead end-to-end process design, scale-up, optimization, and troubleshooting for critical manufacturing and production operations.
Drive and manage technology transfer activities, including process handover from R&D to Manufacturing, site-to-site transfers, and external partnerships—ensuring seamless knowledge, documentation, and process transfer
Act as the technical authority on process development, providing guidance and direction on complex engineering challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and EHS to ensure alignment and integration of process initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement programs using Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical tools to improve yield, throughput, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Identify and implement new technologies, tools, and automation strategies to enhance process capabilities and efficiency.
Own process validation strategies and support regulatory, quality, and compliance requirements.
Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
Develop and maintain technical standards, documentation, and training materials for process engineering practices.
Lead or support strategic capital projects, including vendor selection, equipment commissioning, and process qualification.
Analyze and interpret complex data to make data-driven decisions and present findings to leadership.
