Experince 3-5yearslocation:banaglore Performing Anti-Money Laundering and Customer Due<br />Diligence checks.<br /><br />● Requesting appropriate CDD documentation from Partners.<br /><br /><br />● Undertaking independent investigations on Partners using<br />internal, online and vendor tools.<br /><br /><br />● Review, investigate and escalate as appropriate any<br />alerts/issues raised<br /><br /><br />● Periodical review of KYC/AML records as to completeness,<br />including verifying that due diligence<br /><br /><br />has been performed and risk assessments are current and up<br />to date.<br /><br /><br />● Investigating and reporting high-risk clients, including<br />Politically Exposed Persons, collecting all<br /><br /><br />the necessary documentation to complete the client profile.<br /><br /><br />● Summarize & analyze in writing, clear and concise<br />findings of alerts/issues. Escalate results<br /><br /><br />through the appropriate channels where applicable.<br /><br /><br />● Escalate potential risks/red flags to senior management<br />and provide recommendations on the<br /><br /><br />next course of action.<br /><br /><br />● Communicate with internal stakeholders and external Partners<br />in order to resolve any issues, as<br /><br /><br />needed.<br /><br /><br />● Partner with the Regulatory Compliance team to align<br />operational procedures to any regulatory<br /><br /> <br /><br /> <br />Requirements of special knowledge / skills :<br /><br /><br />● Good knowledge of the European AML legislation<br /><br /><br />● Excellent experience in working within a CDD team<br />performing AML/KYC processes.<br /><br /><br />● Proactive and communicative with an ability to take<br />initiative and assume responsibility<br /><br /><br />● Very good analytical skills<br /><br /><br />● Goal and solution oriented behavior<br /><br /><br />● Strong organization skills and quality focused<h3>experience</h3>6
