- Executive and support end-to-end process engineering activities for new and ongoing manufacturing projects.
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct process capability studies, time and motion studies, and root cause analyses to resolve production issues.
- Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with R&D, quality, maintenance, and production teams to support product launches and process changes.
- Prepare and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, PFMEAs, control plans, and work instructions.
- Evaluate and implement new equipment, tools, and automation solutions.
- Ensure compliance with EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) standards and industry regulations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Train production staff and ensure knowledge transfer of new processes
