- Batch Size, Time Cycle and Hydraulic Calculations
- Equipment Mapping and Line Sizing
- Debottlenecking
- Process Safety Management (PSM)
- Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD)
- Knowledge of working with DCS, PLC & SCADA
- Erection & Commissioning Activities
- To be follow cGMP relative works.
- Perform all Green-field project activities.
- Co- ordination with all departments pertaining to maintenance activity. Carry out preventive maintenance of all the equipment and record it.
- Ensure calibration of instruments as per the plan and check test calibration certificate.
- To Prepare documents for Equipment’s Qualification.
