4. Design reviews & Manufacturing feasibility confirmation (DFMEA, PFMEA, PPAP, DFM, DFA..)
5. Knowledge about Automotive regulations & product requirements (AIS, ECE regulations, BNCAP)
6. Exposure to manufacturing process & Quality standards ( Press, Welding, Forming, Sealents)
7. Strong problem solving skill: Identifiying defects, determining root cause & implementing corrective actions
8. Exposure to QC Tools (Fish bone, Histogram, Pareto... )
9. Knowledge of Product & vehicle testing and Validation. (Raw material, part, system & vehicle validation)
