• BE/B. Tech in Metallurgical, Materials, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or related fields. 
• Experience working in IATF16494 or VDA environment with experience working with North American or European companies in Construction, Agriculture, Transportation or similar manufacturing industry. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Strong telephone, client-facing and internal communication skills are a requirement.  Clear and precise written communication with overseas associates is essential.  Must be able to write, read and speak in English.  
• 10 years’ experience in product development and program management in the commercial metals industry.  Background in steel and iron casting and machining and finishing operations including, heat treat, machining, welding, assembly, and surface treatment.  
• Must be able to work in an international environment where meetings may be either in Early Morning or Late Evening.
• Travel to supplier and Norca sites within India is required as a core part of the job.  
• Must be able to support occasional travel internationally and have a valid passport. 
• Working knowledge of GDT and drawing interpretation and familiarity with gage design 
• Able to work in a cross functional environment to ensure customer requirements are met or exceeded.  Knowledge of CMM, Scanning, Metallography, Nondestructive testing and other inspection techniques is desired. 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, program management and engineering software.  3d modeling experience is beneficial. 
• Must be an independent thinker and problem solver who has the ability to take on tactical work, as well as strategic initiatives.
• This position requires the ability to manage change, manage direct and indirect employees and take an active lead in timely decision-making and performing the required tasks.
