Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance platforms using modern cloud-native principles.
Lead product design governance and ensure consistency, usability, and technical excellence.
Champion the integration of AI/ML into product features to drive automation and personalization.
Partner with Data Science teams to operationalize ML models and ensure responsible AI
practices.
Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Establish and monitor engineering KPIs for velocity, quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and infrastructure.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
Represent engineering in senior leadership forums, providing updates on progress and aligning
with strategic goals.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the engineering organization.Who are you:
Product Engineering leader with 18+ years of experience in the software industry, preferably
from the Healthcare Domain
Agile leader. Hands on people management. Be the coach and leader for the team and
delivery.
Passion to conceive, design and implement innovative products.
Solve integration problems of the product.
Product delivery management experience, preferably large engagements
Ensure high utilization, and healthy profit margins.
Identify potential risks and issues in product implementation, services, and solutions.Education:
Bachelor’s Degree/master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related area,
or equivalent experience, desired.
Tech Skills:
Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred), microservices architecture, and
containerization
Have worked on cloud native applications using AWS/Azure.
