Key Responsibilities
* Own the technology roadmap across Drones and aerostat systems.
* Build and lead the engineering organisation across embedded systems, autonomy, and GCS
software
* Deliver ADITI-2.0 aerostat programme - autopilot architecture, radar integration, tether systems
* Drive iDEX proposals, patents, and technical partnerships with DRDO, DPSUs, and premier
organisations.
* Represent technology to investors, government bodies, and strategic partners alongside the CEO

Who We Are Looking For
* 10+ years in deep-tech engineering with minimum 5+ years in a technology leadership role
* Hands-on expertise in autonomous UAVs, embedded systems, and Defence certifications
* Proven track record of developing complex hardware-software integrated systems
* Familiarity with ArduPilot/PX4, GNSS/RTK, RF systems, and Aerostat systems
* Experience with the iDEX, DRDO, or Indian defence product developmen
