production engineer

 Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations, training and solutions.
 Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and play active role in process
improvement.
 Identifying, documenting, reporting and taking corrective actions for unsafe work practices.
 Planning and follow up of materials required for production with Purchase department and meet
customer commitment dates.
 Oversee materials and equipment required for production are made available on time.
 Proficient in using ERP system.
 Identifying bottlenecks in day to day running and suggesting methods to overcome them.
 Knowledge of Preventive maintenance procedures and methods

Education, skill sets and general requirements
 Good understanding of Production, manufacturing and assembly line methods and practices.
 Self-driven and strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish and develop working
relationships between business functions
 Experience in using AutoCAD software.
 Good Leader ship skills, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Qualifications:
Preferably a graduate in Engineering in electrical
Experience: in electrical / electronic / manufacturing industry in Production/ process
improvement.
