- Perform a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies.
- Determine and/or follow methods and sequence of operations for tasks such as wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing.
- Work from process sheets, blueprints, schematics, or written/verbal instructions.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards (e.g., ISO).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- 1+ year of related experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
