- Master Production Scheduling (MPS): Develops and maintains production schedules for medical and vision products based on market demand forecasts, sales history, and inventory targets.
- Material Requirements Planning (MRP): Calculates and tracks raw materials, specialized polymers, packaging components, and active pharmaceutical ingredients needed for production runs without causing stockouts or excess inventory.
- Regulatory and GxP Compliance: Adheres strictly to Good Practice (GxP) regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and medical device or pharmaceutical quality standards, maintaining complete batch and inventory documentation
