    Role Overview:

    We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead and execute projects within the LDCS (Data Centre Solutions) vertical. The role involves end-to-end project ownership, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring timely delivery with quality and cost efficiency.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to execution and closure
    • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, engineering, operations) and external stakeholders
    • Ensure on-time delivery, adherence to scope, and budget control
    • Track project progress, risks, and mitigation plans
    • Drive client engagement and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
    • Handle vendor coordination and site execution activities
    • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and organizational standards
    • Prepare and present project reports, dashboards, and MIS to leadership

     

    Key Requirements:

    • 5–12 years of experience in Project Management (preferably in Data Centre / Electrical / Infrastructure projects)
    • Strong understanding of data centre ecosystem / critical infrastructure
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
    • Exposure to commercial aspects (budgeting, costing, contracts)
    • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Excel, etc.)

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
    • PMP / Prince2 certification (good to have)

        Position Overview: The Senior Manager - Project Manager for Substation Projects will be<br />responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of EHV Substation<br />projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are executed on time, within budget,<br />and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability<br />to manage multiple stakeholders, and a deep understanding of the technical aspects of<br />substation projects.<br />Key Responsibilities:<br />1. Project Planning & Execution:<br />o Develop and execute project plans in line with the project bar chart.<br />o Ensure that project activities are aligned with revenue and collection targets.<br />2. Stakeholder Management:<br />o Liaise and manage relationships with clients, government officials, and other<br />internal and external stakeholders.<br />o Coordinate with the state forest department, revenue, and private entities for<br />land clearance.3. Logistics & Material Management:<br />o Oversee logistics and material management to ensure the timely delivery of<br />project resources.<br />4. Inter-departmental Coordination:<br />o Manage inter-departmental movement and ensure work is completed as per the<br />execution plan.<br />o Coordinate with authorities to obtain necessary approvals for project-related<br />documents.<br />5. Commercial Evaluation:<br />o Evaluate commercial proposals related to site activities and ensure their<br />alignment with project goals.9. Technical Expertise:<br />o Maintain working knowledge of electrical utility systems, engineering<br />standards, policies, and procedures.<br />o Draft and negotiate EPC project services proposals.<br />10. Strategic Planning & Studies:<br />o Lead strategic planning, pre-feasibility studies, opportunity assessments, and<br />technology evaluations.<br />o Conduct market studies, resource planning, and manage technology transfer.<br />11. Policy Implementation:<br />o Implement and assist in the development, review, and maintenance of EPC<br />policies.o Ensure the implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and<br />Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) at project sites.12. Reporting:<br />o Provide regular updates to top management, including reporting on project<br />progress and any potential hurdles.Qualifications:<br /> Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a<br />related field.<br /> Extensive experience in project management, particularly in substation or renewable<br />energy projects.<br /> Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including risk<br />management, cost control, and scheduling.<br /> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder<br />management.<br /> Proven leadership ability in developing and managing a team.<br /> Working knowledge of electrical utility systems, policies, and procedures.<br />Preferred Qualifications:<br /> PMP or equivalent project management certification.<br /> Experience with large-scale EPC projects.<br /> Familiarity with QMS and OHSAS standards.<h3>experience</h3>15
