Preferred Qualifications:

Position Overview: The Senior Manager - Project Manager for Substation Projects will be<br />responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of EHV Substation<br />projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are executed on time, within budget,<br />and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability<br />to manage multiple stakeholders, and a deep understanding of the technical aspects of<br />substation projects.<br />Key Responsibilities:<br />1. Project Planning & Execution:<br />o Develop and execute project plans in line with the project bar chart.<br />o Ensure that project activities are aligned with revenue and collection targets.<br />2. Stakeholder Management:<br />o Liaise and manage relationships with clients, government officials, and other<br />internal and external stakeholders.<br />o Coordinate with the state forest department, revenue, and private entities for<br />land clearance.3.
