This role will manage key CEO Office deliverables, drive cross-<br />functional initiatives, streamline processes, establish governance frameworks, and ensure effective reportingmechanisms across the organization.  This is a high-impact role requiring strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and an ability to work<br />seamlessly across multiple functions. Key Responsibilities<br />1. CEO Office Support & Strategic Initiatives<br /> Act as the primary operational partner to the CEO for strategic and business-critical initiatives.<br /> Drive execution of CEO priorities and follow-up on action items across teams.<br /> Prepare executive briefs, dashboards, presentations, and decision-support documents.<br /> New Location or GEO Strategy 2. Cross-Functional Project Management<br /> Lead, manage, and track progress of cross-functional projects from planning to execution.<br /> Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance, and other teams to ensure project<br />alignment.<br /> Identify bottlenecks and proactively remove roadblocks to ensure seamless project delivery. 3. Governance, Controls & Reporting<br /> Establish governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms for business operations and projects.<br /> Define and implement standardized processes, SOPs, and control measures across teams.<br /> Develop and maintain KPIs, MIS reports, dashboards, and structured status updates. 4. Operational Excellence<br /> Analyze business processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.<br /> Support organizational reviews, quarterly planning cycles, and leadership checkpoints.<br /> Ensure timely, accurate, and data-driven reporting for decision making. 5. Stakeholder Management<br /> Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.<br /> Maintain a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.<br /> Influence teams without direct authority to drive outcomes.<br /><br />Qualifications Required<br /> 6–12 years of experience in Project Management, CEO Office, Strategy, PMO, or Consulting roles.<br /> Proven expertise in managing cross-functional projects and driving governance.<br /> Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-design skills.  <h3>experience</h3>15
