Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Executes defined purchasing operations in accordance to given purchasing strategies and guidelines.
- Performs all administrative procurement tasks.
- Executes purchasing activities and order placements within the frame of valid contracts or price agreements.
- Maintenance of SAP Ariba system (Supplier Management, Sourcing and Contracting)
- Provides SAP Ariba system support and training to Requesters.
- Work with Ariba Key Users and other operational functions within the wider group to develop and refine tools.
- Maintains accurate vendor master information (e.g.. vendor codes and maintenance of
vendor addresses, contacts, payment terms for indirect vendors, etc.). - Develops and maintains a solid network with suppliers, on an accountable level.
- Negotiates general and/or case-related procurement contracts, incl. specifications, volumes, pricing, terms and conditions.
