Education and Experience Required :

Diploma in Electronics/Electrical OR BSc in Physics/Electronics with 2 to 3 yrs experience in QA/QC activity.

Skills and Competency :

Shall be familiar with Calibration of process control equipments.
Shall be familiar with preparation of Inspection reports & Test plans.
Should have good written & communication skill
Should be capable of understanding testing procedures & Inspection test Plan
Should be conversant in reading data sheet & test requirement and prepare Quality assurance plan.
Should be familiar with MS office tools.
Should be familiar in maintaining calibration log records.

Job Role :

Pre-shipment inspection of Process control Instruments such as Pressure Transmitter, Temperature Transmitters, Flow meters & Local buyouts etc.
- Preparation of Test certificates, warranty certificate & applicable compliance reports.
- Configuration of process control instruments.

Key Responsibilities :

To verify the basic details of products such as model, tag, range, serial no etc.
To clear the delivery orders for shipment after pre-inspection
