Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation.
Draft and manage contracts, subcontracts, and contractual correspondence.
Lead procurement, supplier negotiations, and contractor agreements.
Monitor project costs, variations, and cash flow.
Apply digital tools, process, Excel, and AI systems to improve QS processes.
Requirements:
7+ years’ QS experience, ideally within luxury residential projects.
Strong knowledge of contracts, estimating, tendering, procurement, and budget
management. Middle East experience is an advantage.
 Excellent Excel and data management skills.
 Confident communicator and negotiator.
 Excellent problem-solving capabilities and be able to think through problems
clearly
