As the Head of Research and Development (R&D) you will lead a team of talented researchers and engineers to drive innovaƟon and product development iniƟaƟves. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, excepƟonal leadership skills, and a track record of successfully managing R&D projects in India. It will Involve close coordinaƟon and working along with our Global R&D headquarter in Germany.<br />Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of researchers and engineers to deliver innovative solutions for our products ,testing of R &D trials, providing guidance, support, and mentorship on shopfloor and customer premises.<br /> Stay abreast with the latest advancements in Agile and Scrum methodologies and practices,emerging technologies, and industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.<br /> Establish partnerships with external stakeholders, including academia, research institutions, and industry partners to enhance R&D capabilities and access new opportunities.<br /> Develop and execute the R&D strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives and market trends.<br /> Monitor and evaluate the performance of R&D projects and make recommendations for improvements.<br /> Preparation of components to be manufactured in a global supply chain.<br /> Systematic analysis and break-down of technical issues.<br /> Series second and third level support for manufacturing, service, and infield topics.<br /> Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Production and Sales to<br />ensure alignment of R&D efforts with business goals.<br /> Conduct Market research to identify trends, customer needs and opportunities for innovation. Your profile:<br /> Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is a must.
