dispensing systems
- Drive new product development aligned with market requirements
- Develop energy-efficient and user-friendly products
2. Refrigeration & Thermal Engineering

- Drive compressor selection, gas charging systems, and thermal performance enhancement
- Improve cooling efficiency and reliability
3. Hot & Cold Dispensing Technology
- Develop and optimize heating systems, dispensing mechanisms, sensors, and controls
- Improve dispensing consistency and operational reliability4. Electrical, Electronics & Control Systems
- Drive PCB integration, control systems, and electrical component development
- Support troubleshooting and product validation
5. Product Validation & Quality Improvement
- Lead testing, reliability validation, and field performance analysis
- Drive improvements in durability and lifecycle performance
6. Manufacturing Integration
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Service teams
- Support Design for Manufacturability (DFM) initiatives
7. Vendor Development & Technical Sourcing
- Develop vendors for refrigeration and electrical components
- Drive quality and cost optimization initiatives
8. Documentation & Systems
- Prepare BOMs, SOPs, drawings, manuals, and validation documentation
- Build structured R&D systems and development processes
9. Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performance R&D team
- Drive innovation culture and technical excellenceDesired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning,
Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field.
10–15 years of experience in R&D/Product Development in refrigeration equipment, water
dispensers, beverage dispensing systems, or related manufacturing industries
