- As a successful candidate, you will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Last Mile
- Transportation and possess knowledge of ecommerce deliveries, including Blue Collar Manpower
- Sourcing, Liaoning with 3rd Part logistics Partner & Vendor Management skills.
- Must be well versed with dynamics of recruitments through various channels like Field recruitment
- and sourcing from Local & Regional 3PL and manpower vendors.
- Should have prior experience of managing van and bike deployment for last mile delivery through 3PL
- vendors as per weekly and monthly capacity planning.
- Will be responsible for optimizing the efficiency of our transportation operations while adhering to
- budgetary constraints.
- Will be responsible for sourcing and deployment of 3PL Partners for last mile delivery of B2C
- deliveries from ware house to customer preferably in retail or grocery segment.
- Must have negotiation skills with transportation suppliers/vendors for sourcing of transportation
- services for last mile.
- Should be able to coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders for transportation
- related aspects.
