We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Retail Executive to join our team in Durgapur, West Bengal, on a contract basis. This role is integral to our Sales and Distribution function within the Construction industry, focusing on driving brand presence and sales performance in the region.
Responsibilities:- Conduct regular outlet visits to ensure brand visibility and product placement.
- Perform construction site visits to understand project needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and stakeholders.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets within the assigned territory.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Provide feedback on product performance and customer needs to the management team.
- Manage inventory levels at retail points of sale.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all sales activities.
- Minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proven ability to conduct effective outlet visits and construction site visits.
- Strong understanding of sales and distribution processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
- Any graduate degree is accepted.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Durgapur, West Bengal.
