Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of system administrators, analysts, and specialists.
  • Establish clear objectives, measure team performance, and drive accountability.
  • Provide professional development and mentorship to build Salesforce expertise and business systems knowledge.

Revenue Systems Oversight

  • Manage Salesforce Sales Cloud and other integrated tools that support the revenue cycle.
  • Partner with IT and the Center of Excellence to prioritize, design, and deliver system enhancements.
  • Ensure system processes align with business needs, compliance standards, and best practices.
  • Oversee documentation, governance, and change management across revenue systems.

Collaboration & Strategic Enablement

  • Work with Sales, Services, and Marketing leadership to understand business needs and translate them into scalable system solutions.
  • Manage project intake, prioritization, and delivery timelines for system initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support Go-to-Market strategies through effective use of Salesforce and related applications.
  • Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring alignment within the Agile framework.

 

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
