Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of system administrators, analysts, and specialists.
- Establish clear objectives, measure team performance, and drive accountability.
- Provide professional development and mentorship to build Salesforce expertise and business systems knowledge.
Revenue Systems Oversight
- Manage Salesforce Sales Cloud and other integrated tools that support the revenue cycle.
- Partner with IT and the Center of Excellence to prioritize, design, and deliver system enhancements.
- Ensure system processes align with business needs, compliance standards, and best practices.
- Oversee documentation, governance, and change management across revenue systems.
Collaboration & Strategic Enablement
- Work with Sales, Services, and Marketing leadership to understand business needs and translate them into scalable system solutions.
- Manage project intake, prioritization, and delivery timelines for system initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support Go-to-Market strategies through effective use of Salesforce and related applications.
- Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring alignment within the Agile framework.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
