Location: Bangalore

Reporting & Compliance Responsibilities

• Deliver scheduled reporting outputs (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with accuracy and adherence to timelines.
• Prepare and validate financial statements, perform variance analysis, and provide commentary.
• Support BPC submissions across multiple entities; ensure mapping accuracy and perform data tie-outs.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and comply with internal controls and SOPs.
• Compile and reconcile inventory and costing reports using SAP; perform freight accruals, GR/IR reviews, and stock movement analysis.
• Prepare overhead/cost Centre reporting and plant-level analytics to support transparency.
• Refresh FP&A packs, AR reports, and sales variance reporting; collaborate with FP&A and commercial teams for accuracy.
• Prepare VAT/ECSL and other compliance schedules; support withholding tax calculations and audit requirements.

Customer Service:

• Handle reporting queries from markets and corporate teams as the first point of contact.
• Provide accurate and timely responses to stakeholder questions.
• Collaborate with General Ledger, Intercompany, Fixed Asset, Treasury, and Business teams to resolve issues.
• Support resolution of data integrity, reporting timeline, and compliance-related matters.
• Assist stakeholders with queries on financial statements, consolidation entries, adjustments, and reporting requirements
• Communicate proactively to maintain stakeholder confidence and satisfaction.

Internal Process:

• Follow standardized reporting processes and support automation initiatives to reduce manual errors.
• Maintain and update SOPs for assigned reporting activities.
• Track KPIs and SLAs for reporting tasks and share updates with the team lead.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and audit requirements in daily activities.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to team learning.

Innovations and Learning:

• Suggest ideas for process improvements and efficiency gains in reporting activities.
• Identify opportunities to use automation or digital tools in routine tasks.
• Take part in knowledge-sharing sessions and apply lessons learned to daily work.
• Continuously build skills and stay updated on reporting tools and best practices.

• Responsible for own learning and development with guidance from Team Lead / Tower Lead
