Responsibilities: Prioritize data gathered from financial reports into Excel workbook analyses that providesvaluable guidance to the U.S. based engagement team on specific reviews of companyfinancials in the fast-paced world of mergers and acquisitions Be proficient at trial balance mapping and general ledger tie-outs Assist in preparation of proof of cash and take first stab at bank reconciliations Prepare and update document request lists
