Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated Sr. Officer / Officer – Sales & Marketing to provide essential operational, documentation, and coordination support for the North America market. This role is critical for ensuring the timely preparation of proposals, tenders, marketing materials, and maintaining accurate CRM data. You will enable efficient communication between sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams, while meticulously managing databases and lead processes.
Responsibilities:- Proposal & Tender Documentation: Prepare, format, and compile proposals, quotations, and tender documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with customer requirements. Coordinate timely submissions and maintain document version control.
- Sales & Marketing Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication between internal teams (sales, marketing, operations). Track and follow up on action items, inputs, and deliverables. Support the scheduling of meetings, reviews, and customer communication.
- CRM & Database Management: Update and maintain CRM entries for opportunities, accounts, and contacts. Conduct periodic data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness. Generate CRM reports and dashboards as required by the sales team.
- Marketing Material & Presentation Support: Assist in preparing marketing brochures, presentations, and sales decks. Coordinate the distribution of marketing content to internal and external stakeholders. Maintain a repository of updated marketing and product collateral.
- Lead Management & Administrative Support: Maintain lead lists and track lead movement throughout the funnel. Support lead allocation, follow-up tracking, and documentation. Perform administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and MIS updates.

Qualifications:- Basic Qualification: Diploma – Mechanical / Electrical / BE / B.Tech
- Highest Qualification: BE / B.Tech
- Desired Experience: 2 to 5 years

- Knowledge: Understanding of sales processes, proposal/tender formats, and documentation standards. Basic knowledge of CRM systems. Familiarity with marketing materials, branding guidelines, and presentation standards. Awareness of internal approval workflows and data management practices. Knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and file organization protocols.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication. Excellent MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation skills. Data entry accuracy and CRM management capability. Coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder communication. Time management and ability to manage multiple tasks. Analytical ability for basic data review and reporting.
