Roles and Responsibilties:
Years of Experience : 1-5 years in B2B Technical sales background in Experience food flavourings,
Seasonings, Spices, Natural colours , Bakery Ingredients and B2B
Key responsibility - Seasonings, Spice blends and Culinary.
Achieve the yearly budget by focussing on assigned territory.
Build Strong pipeline in designated area for new business development.
Ensures customer satisfaction by delivering the right solutions as per the customer requirements.
Distributor appointment and Management.
Develop value-generative, long-term relationships with customers that result in increased
sales and margins.
Effectively launch new F&B solutions in the assigned region, providing feedback on
market receptiveness and potential.
Develop accurate sales forecasts for the assigned territory and contribute to the overall
sales planning process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, sales activities, and
opportunities within the company's CRM system
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including progress against targets, pipeline
status, and market feedback, as required by management.
Ensure payment collections as per the agreed terms and conditions.
Maintain in-depth technical knowledge of ofi products.
