ill work closely with the in-house Salesforce Product team and will be responsible for ensuring that Salesforce records are cleaner, more consistent, and more complete over time. This is an execution-focused role where the BLR team will operate within clearly defined rules, processes, and approval boundaries.Key Responsibilities
The Salesforce Data Hygiene Analyst / Specialist will be responsible for:
Data Cleaning and Standardization
● Review Salesforce records flagged for data quality issues through reports, dashboards, or team feedback
● Clean and standardize key fields based
● Correct formatting inconsistencies across fields such as account names, contact names, industries, countries, regions, phone numbers, email domains, and other key fields.
● Identify incomplete, incorrect, duplicate, or inconsistent records and take action based stakeholder inputs
Deduplication Support
● Review potential duplicate Accounts, Contacts, Leads, or other Salesforce records.
● Validate duplicates using defined matching rules and available source data.
● Merge, tag, update, or escalate duplicate records based on the agreed process.
● Maintain proper audit notes where required.
Data Enrichment
● Enrich Salesforce records with additional data points
● Update missing or outdated information such as company details, industry, region, website, or other fields.
● Ensure enriched data follows the required naming conventions and field standards.
Recurring Data Hygiene Execution
● Execute recurring hygiene tasks on a predictable cadence, such as daily, weekly, or monthly data checks.
● Work through assigned record lists, reports, or queues within agreed turnaround times.
● Track progress and completion status for assigned tasks.
● Support backlog clean-up efforts as well as ongoing steady-state hygiene activities.
Issue Identification and Feedback
● Document recurring data issues, rule gaps, unclear scenarios, or exceptions.
● Escalate ambiguous cases to the in-house team for guidance.
● Provide feedback on patterns observed in Salesforce data quality issues.
● Help maintain simple issue logs and process notes for continuous improvement.
KPI and Reporting Support
● Maintain simple data quality KPIs and operational trackers.
● Report metrics such as number of records reviewed, number of records cleaned, duplicate count, field completeness, enrichment completion, and exceptions raised.
● Share regular status updates with the in-house team.
