Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Recruiting) Job location: Pune, India Employment type: Regular, full-time Lenze Global HR Architecture team is looking to hire SAP SuccessFactors consultant in their Lenze India office to set up the SAP recruitment module and SAP Employee Central, among other things. This will involve the implementation of the project and the subsequent IT support. Lenze is planning the implementation of a global end-to-end recruiting process and is looking for a dedicated person for technical project management. Your tasks: • Responsibility for the technical conception and realization of the project in coordination with HQ • Ensuring a smooth end-to-end recruiting process, in a global context • Project management and coordination of all technical aspects • Implementation and optimization of SAP Recruiting and Onboarding functionalities • Evaluation and integration of add-ons available on the market • Coordination and management of external service providers as part of the technical implementation. Your profile: • In-depth understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes • Strong project management skills • Extensive experience with SAP recruiting and onboarding • Knowledge of market-available add-ons is an advantage • Excellent self-management and critical thinking skills • Ability to prioritize tasks in close coordination with the business Education/ experience requirements: • B.Tech/BE/BCA/ MCA graduates with atleast 4 -7 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience • Hands on experience in the configuration of SuccessFactors modules (Recruitment - RCM, RMK, Onboarding) • Minimum of 2 Full Life-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors Recruiting, from planning to configuration through go live. Must have experience in Rollout and support projects. • Broad knowledge in the creation of Story Reports in SuccessFactors Embedded SAC • In-depth knowledge in project management and coordination of work packages in cross-functional teams • Manage complex client needs, conduct full life-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors, and work with international clients • Strong customer orientation, paired with an independent and structured way of working
