The Identity Governance Administration (IGA) Engineer position requires technical knowledge and experience in implementing and supporting enterprise Identity Access Management platforms and systems. The role is responsible for the support, maintenance, and ongoing integration of IGA system architecture, integrations and frameworks in an automated, measurable, and repeatable manner that aligns tightly with business.
Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, implement, and integrate Saviynt with critical applications and infrastructure.
- Monitor and maintain IGA (Saviynt) platform to ensure identity and security guidelines are followed.
- Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
- Execute User Access Review (UAR) campaigns, including certification, reporting, and validation of access controls.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, reports, and analytics.
- Support audit and compliance requirements related to Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Collaborate with our corporate functions including Internal Audit, Legal and Compliance, Privacy and Sourcing to in support of the IGA platform.
- Perform patching, upgrades, and platform maintenance testing activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and solution designs.
The Essentials
- 5-10 years of experience in IAM/IGA with 3+ years hands-on experience designing, implementing, and deploying IGA solutions in an enterprise environment (e.g., Saviynt (preferred), SailPoint, Okta etc.)
- Good knowledge of Saviynt IGA architecture with hands-on experience in implementing and integrating Saviynt IGA with various target applications, including Active Directory, Azure AD, REST-based applications, databases, AWS, and ServiceNow.
- Experience with REST and SOAP web services, authentication mechanisms, and designing, testing, and troubleshooting API calls using Postman for various REST-based applications.
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) user lifecycle processes, including user provisioning and deprovisioning, access certification, Segregation of Duties (SoD), user activity monitoring, reporting, and IAM governance standards.
- Identify data and process improvement opportunities and contribute to IAM automation, reporting, dashboard development, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Maintain IAM security governance policies, roles, entitlements, and access control models across business applications, ensuring compliance with security standards and successful audit outcomes.
- Ability to Implement/Customize IAM Workflows, Forms, Rules, Provisioning
- Experience in designing, configuring, and managing various access certification campaigns and review processes within Saviynt IGA.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with application, infrastructure, security, audit, and compliance teams to support IAM initiatives and governance requirements.
- Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting Java, JSON, SQL, PowerShell, API integrations, and server-related issues.
- Demonstrates strong professional communication and stakeholder management skills while working with business partners and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with keen attention to detail.
