Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchase Executive with hands-on experience in SAP to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and purchase documentation. The candidate should have strong negotiation skills and knowledge of procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end procurement process including PR to PO cycle.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, and timely delivery.
• Maintain vendor database and evaluate vendor performance.
• Ensure timely follow-up on material delivery and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare MIS reports related to procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments (stores, finance, production, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any graduate /Diploma Holder
• 1-5 years of experience in procurement or purchase function.
• Hands-on experience in SAP (MM Module preferred).
• Good knowledge of vendor management and negotiation.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Knowledge in MS Excel and reporting tools
