Key roles & responsibilities : 1. Supervising the security team: Overseeing the deployment, hiring and training.
2. Auditing of key areas: Conducting surprise checks, audits, mock drills, penetration tests of security processes and identifying the gaps.
3. Driving security process: Zero tolerance in non-adherence of security processes and escalation of non-conformities.
4. BCP: Support for BCP and emergency response.
5. Audits: Documentation and preparedness of business control audits.
6. CCTV surveillance and AMC for all security equipment’s
7. MIS reports: Preparation of draft weekly and monthly reports for review of leadership.
8. Technical project and initiatives: Initiation and implementation of technology projects and initiatives.
9. PO/PR process: Submission of PR/PO of security third party vendors (Physical) ASN and GRN processing, execution of move orders.
10. Budget Provisioning: To plan and estimate monthly security budgets in accordance capex and Opex submitted. To collect necessary information/ideas for cost saving opportunities.
11. Procurement: Procurement of stationary and other expendable items on a routine basis based on site requirements.
12. Security Equipment: PM activity and inventory of security equipment.
13. HSE activities: Participating in HSE audits, documentation to include work permits, HIRA and closure of observations.
14. Statutory Compliance: Ensuring adherence of statutory compliances like PSARA, Guard Board Exemption etc.
15. Coordination of stakeholders: Coordinate with tenants and multiple relevant stakeholders for security related activities.
