Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate, Talent Partnership to join our US Digital Team. In this role, you will partner closely with GCC-based Account Managers and work as a dedicated recruiter for assigned clients, delivering high-quality talent across a wide range of digital and technology roles.
The ideal candidate is an experienced technical recruiter with a strong understanding of the US recruitment market, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a consultative approach to talent acquisition.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full-cycle recruitment process for US-based digital and technology positions.
Partner closely with GCC-based Account Managers to understand client hiring needs, priorities, and workforce planning.
Serve as a dedicated talent partner for assigned clients, ensuring consistent delivery and a high-quality recruitment experience.
Participate in supplier and client calls, as required, to discuss hiring priorities, provide recruitment updates, and align on talent strategies.
Source, screen, and assess candidates using various sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche and high-demand technical skill sets.
Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, negotiate offers, and manage can didate communications throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Ensure timely delivery against client SLAs, hiring targets, and quality metrics.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records within the ATS and ensure compliance with internal processes.
Provide market intelligence, salary insights, and hiring trends to support client hiring strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Mentor junior recruiters and share sourcing best practices when required.
