Proficiency in execution of Linear and Non-linear structural analysis
Good communication skills (Verbal and Written) and team handling capability.
Structured, pro-active and ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
Ability to maintain good rapport with all stakeholders (different departments and product teams)
In depth knowledge of subsea product portfolio and the related interfacing products
In depth understanding of FEA / design engineering related governing documents, company regulations and applicable codes/standards relevant to oil and gas industry.
Proficiency in FEA software
Check work of other FEA engineers and, occasionally, manage a team of FEA engineers.
Review and provide relevant comments on external technical / FEA documents
