Human Resources
• Responsible for maintaining personal files, ensure accurate and up to date record keeping of personal documents.
• Monthly payroll preparation and ensures error free reports on time.
• Coordinating internal and external training programmes. ...
• Publishing various HR and Administration reports including Monthly Information System (MIS) , Recruitment Status,
Attrition, Training Schedule as per schedule.
• Ensure smooth and adequate flow of information within the company.
• Coordinate departmental audits, certification, risk assessment and internal control programs and ensure execution of
action plans.
Industrial Relations
• Handling complaints, managing grievance procedures, and facilitating counsellings in conjunction with other
stakeholders.
• Coordinate effectively for investigations and resolving complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and
effective manner.
• Collating and analyzing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs,
practices and policies to generate more positive outcomes.
Administration:
• Responsible to maintain of Plant Assets (including RHC), records and manage asset service (Office equipment and
furniture’s)
• Liaise with Insurance agencies for employees’ medical facilities.
• Responsible for printing stationeries and stock maintenance
• Assist to RHC house allotments and take care of DTH services and other requirements.
• Responsible for facility management.
Employee engagement activities:
• Arrangement team building tour for employees
• Arrangement employee’s birthday celebrations on every month.
• Organize wellness and health camps in coordinate with factory medical officer
• Organize and supervise the Residential Housing Colony activities, including event planning.
Statutory Compliances:
• Comply with statutory requirements under various contractual, labor enactments and environmental laws.
(EPF,ESI,DISH- Returns and registers maintenance, Explosive Certification, Fire License certification, coordinate
with director of Boiler for Inspection & certification ,etc.,)
• Collaborate with the local Panchayat, Municipality, and Revenues departments to ensure accurate compilation of
taxes and returns.
• Ensure timely returns submission, register maintenance and renewal of licenses in applicable acts.
Budget:
• Enable with reports and relevant data towards preparation of departmental budgets and track actuals and any other
duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
• Monitor costs and expenses to track against budget.
• Identify areas of cost optimization.• Coordinate effectively for investigations and resolving complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and
effective manner.
