- Conducts workplace risk assessments and inspections, documenting hazards and corrective actions.
- Implements HSE procedures, policies, and training, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Leads incident investigations, prepares reports, and ensures corrective measures are tracked.
- Maintains health and safety records, audit evidence, and statutory documentation.
- Supports emergency response planning, drills, and readiness reviews.
- Prepares HSE metrics and dashboards, analyzing trends and recommending improvements.
- Coordinates employee engagement, certification programs, and external audits to drive a safety-first culture.
