  • Develops and implements a data governance framework for the HR organization, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards, driving a data-driven culture

  • Leads the implementation and application of the HR data privacy and governance framework, working with the relevant global stakeholders ensuring all policies, processes, and controls are documented, implemented, and maintained in alignment with local and global requirements

  • Works with relevant stakeholders to lead the assessment, planning, and implementation of HR system upgrades, modifications, and integrations, minimizing disruptions to HR data and reporting availability, and ensuring alignment with overall HR data strategy
