• Performs advanced and complex analysis with complete autonomy to generate strategic and operational insights for informed people decision-making. May provide input to the people analytics strategy

• Provides expert advice on data analysis, metrics and reporting whilst developing and proposing solutions that contribute to the people data and analytics strategy

• Effectively uses complex data from multiple sources to create meaningful and actionable insights to influence senior stakeholders in making data led strategic decisions

• Optimizes HR data systems, reporting methods, and associated tools to enhance data analysis and reporting, driving insights for strategic decision-making

• Develops and implements a data governance framework for the HR organization, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards, driving a data-driven culture

• Leads the implementation and application of the HR data privacy and governance framework, working with the relevant global stakeholders ensuring all policies, processes, and controls are documented, implemented, and maintained in alignment with local and global requirements

• Works with relevant stakeholders to lead the assessment, planning, and implementation of HR system upgrades, modifications, and integrations, minimizing disruptions to HR data and reporting availability, and ensuring alignment with overall HR data strategy
