- 7+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
- Experience building applications with React and Svelte (or willingness to quickly upskill in Svelte).
- Demonstrated ability to implement pixel-perfect designs that align exactly with provided UI specs.
- Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong client-facing presence.
- Proven track record of owning and delivering high-impact customer projects on time and with quality.
- Familiarity with version control tools (Git), modern build tools, and Agile development methodologies.
