* Design structured learning roadmaps for leadership, managerial and functional teams
* Design and implement leadership development frameworks for emerging, mid-level, and senior
leaders
* Facilitate development interventions focused on managerial effectiveness, leadership capability,
communication, and people management
* Leverage digital learning platforms and technology-enabled learning solutions where applicable
* Manage internal and external learning partners, facilitators, and content providers
* Partner with leaders high-potential talent development initiatives
* Maintain learning dashboards, training calendars, and capability development MIS
* Support organizational change, engagement, and culture-building initiatives through targeted
