• Leads and Mentors Team: Manages and mentors a team of junior People Analytics Consultants, providing guidance, development opportunities, and performance feedback. Delegates tasks effectively and fosters a collaborative and supportive team environment.

• Drives Strategic Insights: Leads the development of advanced data analysis techniques and methodologies to generate strategic and operational insights for informed people decision-making. Collaborates with senior stakeholders to identify key data needs and ensure analysis aligns with organizational priorities.

• Builds and Presents Data-Driven Narratives: Creates and presents compelling reports and dashboards to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights and impactful narratives. Uses data visualization and storytelling techniques to effectively communicate key trends, patterns, and recommendations.

• Elevates Data Governance: Leads the development and implementation of comprehensive data governance frameworks and processes to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance across the organization. Collaborates with stakeholders to establish data standards, policies, and procedures, fostering a culture of data accountability.

• Champions Data-Driven Culture: Champions a data-driven culture within the team and across the organization. Proactively identifies opportunities to leverage data to drive strategic decision-making, and promotes the use of analytics to inform HR initiatives.

• Stewards Data Privacy and Compliance: Develops and implements a robust data privacy and governance strategy, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards. Leads the team in staying abreast of evolving data privacy laws and best practices.

• Manages System Integrations: Analyzes workflow changes for their impact on HR data and reporting. Develops comprehensive test scenarios for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and supports system upgrades and modifications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
